Summary

I've spent the past 11 years in Home Healthcare, motivitated by the illness and loss of both my parents. Seeing what a difference it made for them to spend their last days in their home, cared for by a loving daughter, motivated me to spend these past years doing the same for other elderly people.
Before that, I spent 15 years in Customer Service, mostly in the printing business. I learned valuable skills in building successful customer contacts, whether in person or over the phone. I was able to coordinate several accounts at once and was known as the "Queen of troubleshooting".

Objectives

While I would continue to enjoy my work with the elderly, I am also looking forward to getting back into Customer Service. Making sure a customer is well taken care of is a talent I would like to get back to.
