USE OF SERVICE
By using Resume.com you agree not to detract from or disrupt the experience of other Resume.com users.
In order to use Resume.com, you must be 13 years or older. All of the content on this website is intended for uses by persons of 13 years of age or older.
By providing Resume.com your email address you consent to our using the email address to send you Service related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the Service and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences in your dashboard or by following the opt-out instructions in the message. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers. By submitting your resume on the Service, you give us permission to store your information and to share your information with Employers. By connecting to Resume.com with a third-party service, you give us permission to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that service, and to store your log-in credentials for that service. By selecting the optional topresume proofreading option you give us permission to electronically submit your name, contact information, email address, and resume text to Talent Inc., d/b/a TopResume ("topResume") for proofreading, and further agree to adhere to and be bound by the terms and conditions as detailed at https://www.topresume.com/?action=terms.
TERMS OF ACCEPTABLE USE
This page details the Terms and Conditions (henceforth "Terms") through which, by use of Resume.com and any of its subsidiaries, you enter into a binding agreement between you, the User (henceforth "User"), and Resume.com
If you do not agree to any and all of the Terms laid out in this document you should cease to use Resume.com and all of its services and products.
Failure to adhere to these Terms will result in the User being denied access to Resume.com services and content. Resume.com reserves the right to deny the User access to Resume.com for any and all violations of these Terms.
Resume.com, its servers, and all content and services associated with Resume.com may only be used for legal activities.
Users may not post any content to Resume.com which contains:
All content uploaded to Resume.com must be related to or support information about the User and may not include information about unrelated third parties or about any fictional character.
LOSS OF DATA AND BACKUP
Although Resume.com performs backups to the industry standard to ensure user data is safe, Resume.com is not responsible for lost User data, content, or information.
DAMAGES TO THE USER
By using Resume.com and accepting the Terms, the User agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Resume.com from any claims or legal proceedings resulting from the use of Resume.com services.
Sending unsolicited email of any kind, in mass quantities or otherwise, to a Resume.com server will result in termination of any User accounts and may result in legal action or prosecution.
Users of Resume.com are solely responsible for the security of their username and password. Resume.com does not screen or filter the publication of content by Resume.com Users. Users of Resume.com are solely responsible for the content posted on Resume.com. Resume.com assumes no obligation to screen or police the content uploaded by Users. However, if Resume.com discovers content which is not in compliance with these Terms, which could damage the image of Resume.com, which could create liability for Resume.com, or violates the Terms and Conditions of any of the services Resume.com uses to do business (such as an ISP), Resume.com may take action to remove that content without notice and without contacting the User.
By uploading content to Resume.com you agree that you hold all of the rights to the content and have full permission to use it in a public space.
FAILURE TO ABIDE
Failure to abide by the Terms laid out in this document is grounds for Resume.com to terminate access to any and all of its services and content. Resume.com reserves the right to terminate the access to any and all of its services and content of any User for any reason without warning or any prior notice. If that reason constitutes a criminal offense, Resume.com will inform the appropriate authorities and take the appropriate legal action.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Resume.com does not guarantee that it will operate error-free or that Resume.com will be available 100% of the time. Resume.com does not guarantee that this website is spyware, virus, or malware free. If the User experiences any faults in data or software, Resume.com accepts no responsibility for these occurrences. The Resume.com site and Resume.com services and content are provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent of the law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The maximum liability for which Resume.com will be responsible in connection with any Resume.com services or content, regardless of the cause, will not exceed $100 USD.
REMOVAL FROM TERMS
No written or oral exchange, contract, or discussions with any person, including any Resume.com employee, removes the binding nature of these Terms. By using Resume.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms without exception or alteration excluding updates to this document.
REGARDING DENIAL OF SERVICE
Resume.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or deny access to any User for any reason at the sole discretion of Resume.com.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified or altered at any time, without notice. Resume.com recommends that the User check the Terms and Conditions frequently in order to have the most up to date information.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAKE UP A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN THE USER AND RESUME.COM WHICH IS ACCEPTED BY THE USER UPON THE USE OF ANY PART OF RESUME.COM.
