Summary

I have a Batchelor's degree in criminal justice with a minor in history. I also have a Master's degree in Public Safety with emphasis in crimnal justice. I am currently working on receiving my Substance Abuse Certification from Capella University. I have 12 years experience as a Counselor with the Ga Department of Corrections. I served 17 years in the United States Army with two tours in Vietnam and achieving the rank of Infantry Captain.

 

Objectives

I hope to utilize my education and experience in the field of substance abuse counseling or in the teaching field. My years of working with incarcerated individuals and in the military has given me perspective and the knowledge needed to expand my career.
