Early in his career, he acted as Director of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in Easton MA, where he earned the nationwide Chairman’s Circle Award at age 22. He also earned the Leading Edge Award two years earlier in his career.
During his accomplished career, Dana Chiles has acquired and sold more than $100 million in real estate and redeveloped more than 500 assets and residential housing unit. His portfolio also includes hundreds of residential apartment properties under management and redevelopment assets. In addition, he is a developer multimillion-dollar housing communities. The respected executive, whose areas of expertise include real estate markets, policy, and regulations, as well as development, refurbishment, construction, management, and investment holds a real estate license.
