Allison Spinner's expertise in advising technology companies has led to travel to Israel and representation of Israeli entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. She also has been an active volunteer in her local community, where she has worked with Jewish Family and Children's Services. Her other volunteerism includes pro bono work, as corporate counsel, for the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology as well as mentoring aspiring female attorneys and business professionals. Passionate about issues impacting children, she supports the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford and has chaired her company's fundraising efforts for Second Harvest Food Bank.

An active participant in the Practising Law Institute, Allison Spinner enjoys presenting continuing education courses to attorneys. She has appeared on several panels with the organization. She contributed to panels at events that focused on advanced venture capital and year-end and quarterly reporting. More recently, she has served as a panel moderator at the Next Generation Bio-Based Chemicals Summit in San Diego.

To prepare for her career, Allison Spinner studied at Stanford University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with distinction, and Columbia University, where she completed a Juris Doctor. As a law student, she was named the Managing Editor of the Columbia Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
